Here are some of the terms I use in this reading, in case you don't already know them.
Planets: Imagine a table where all the many aspects of you are sitting. Only the most important parts of you gets a sit at this table. That's what the planets are like.
Signs: These are like flavors. Everyone has an identity and these represent the different shades and how that might present.
You are a Cancer rising. How I explain this is that Cancer was the dominant energy at the origin of your birth. This dictates your approach to life, which is Cancerian in nature. Cancer is very emotional and very guarded. When presented with new life experiences, your first response is likely to be an emotional one. The rising tends to be surface level, though. It's important but Mars is where the real action lies.
Your Sun (as well as your Mercury and Venus) is in Pisces. Pisces has a lot going on.. If the astrological wheel is a journey, Pisces represents the end of that journey. It is the culmination of many lifetimes worth of experience. From my experience, I have noticed it does not like being here and tends to endure a lot of suffering. The Sun represents egoic self and Pisces stands in direct opposition to that. Issues with boundaries and addiction are also textbook Pisces. I especially wish to caution you as your Sun is in the tenth house. In the modern era, this house has come to represent career and legacy. It is an extremely public facing house. Pisces has a representation of being easily influences by the emotional undercurrents around them. I suggest being very careful about the type of environments you choose to work. I have noticed as well that the Sun in Pisces excels at being a shapeshifting chameleon. They make great actor and actresses. I find Pisces to be quite affable. It is one of my favorite signs.
The Moon is very influential in your chart. It is in the sign of Aquarius (along with Jupiter and Uranus). I'd think of these three as a gang, with the Moon being the gang leader. It is in your 8th house with the aforementioned planets as well as Neptune. The Moon is difficult for me to grasp. It has this obscuring quality, kinda like Neptune. It represents ancestry and the self hidden from public view. It is commonly said that the Moon is who you are to friends and family while the Sun is more how you're present in everyday life. I like to think of Aquarius as like beneficial alien type shit. It used to be ahead of its time, real futuristic. Aquarius is also known for being a humanitarian. The detached part might create a bit of friction with your Rising but like I said, the rising can be quite superficial.
I like to view Mercury as how we communicate. It also deals with lower level, concrete forms of rationale. Combined with being in Pisces, this usually indicates someone with a very empathic, emotional style of speech and thought.
Venus deals with the feminine aspects of the individual in question. It also has to do with magnetism and how we attract things. Guess what sign your Venus is in? Yup, Pisces again. I think this is a great placement to have. There is a surrendering element to Pisces that I haven't discuss yet. You don't have to do much to attract the things you want in life. This is not to say that action doesn't need to take place, but more that the action is more for alignment instead of control.
Mars. Mars. Mars. Mars. Guess what sign your Mars is in? That's right... Libra! This is probably the placement I like the least in your chart. Mars represents the masculine aspects of our psyche, but I am going to focus solely on how it represent action. Libra is known for being very indecisive, so you can imagine Mars is very uncomfortable in this sign. However, friction is a chance for growth. Someone with Mars in Libra is probably going to want to weigh out all of the options before acting. They might also default to people pleasing.
